Volume Discounts

At HookandLoop.com we offer many customer incentives. Such as our hook and loop volume discounts on our 25 yard rolls of Sew On, Peel & Stick, and Specialty Hook and Loop products. When you add the product to your shopping cart, the discount is automatically applied. You can see your Grand Total, including your discount, at checkout.

The Volume Discounts are:

  • 300-475 Yards of Hook or Loop: 10% off each line item with at least 300 yards.
  • 500-975 Yards of Hook or Loop: 20% off each line item with at least 500 yards.
  • 1,000+ Yards of Hook or Loop: 25% off each line item with at least 1,000 yards.

We also offer volume discounts on rolls of Coins.

The Volume Discounts on Rolls of Coins are:

  • 12-19 Rolls of Hook or Loop: 10% off each line item with at least 12 rolls.
  • 20-39 Rolls of Hook or Loop: 20% off each line item with at least 20 rolls.
  • 40+ Rolls of Hook or Loop: 25% off each line item with at least 40 rolls.

Wide Loop Customer Incentives and Discounts:

  • 25 yards - 10% off per yard
  • 50 yards - 25% off per yard

Hassle Free Returns

At HookandLoop.com, our return policy is fast, easy, and HASSLE FREE! If you are dissatisfied with your order in any way, simply give us a call. One of our dedicated Customer Service representatives will email you an RMA to include with your return. Be sure to include your packing slip if possible. Once we’ve received your returned product, we will issue a credit to your credit card for the product being returned, as long as the product is in the same condition as it was sent. If you’ve ordered the wrong item and want to replace it with the correct item, we’ll simply ship you the correct item once the incorrect item has been returned. If it is an even exchange, no more charges will be owed. If the correct items are higher in price than the original order, the order will be treated as a new order, the credit card will be charged and you will be credited for the items that are being returned upon their return. Wide Loop, custom cut orders and straps may be subject to restocking fees and may not be eligible for our return policy.

Our goal is to make your ordering process as easy as possible, and we believe our return policy helps our customers maintain their confidence in our Customer Service.

In order to provide the best products and service, we honor our hassle free return policy for up to 3 months after the purchase date - special considerations may be made for orders over 3 months old but will involve a restocking fee.

For any lost packages, please allow for 8 or more days for delivery. If the package has not been delivered after 8 or more days, please contact our Customer Service to begin a claim and initiate a reshipment or refund.

  • Include your Packing Slip
  • Return the product in the condition it was received by dropping it off at any FedEx Office location, Post Office, or UPS Store.
  • Receive a credit to your credit card for the products when your return has been received.

School PO's Welcome

At HookandLoop.com, we accept Purchase Orders from all Elementary, Middle and High Schools within the United States. All we require is a Purchase Order on school letterhead either faxed to 904-721-6761 or emailed to info@hookandloop.com. Once we have processed the order, each school is approved on a 30 day term for payment.

One of the most popular items for schools is the Hook side.  The Hook side attaches to the carpet and is used to cover cords or assign spots for students for circle time.
